FAQs

  • We are an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans. This allows us to offer customized care, minimize wait times for therapy, and work with you to decide the best treatment plan for your child.

We are a non-network provider with Tricare and can bill for services for families with Tricare Select and Reserve plans, no referral needed in most cases.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit/debit cards and HSA, FSA, and ESA funds. We offer packages that can save you up to 25% per session. We are continuously working to expand our payment options so check our website or follow us on instagram for updates!

We can provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. In some cases submitting super bills will also help you meet your plan deductible. It is recommended that you contact your insurance company to understand what the out-of-network coverage is for your plan. We have a worksheet to provide guidance on specific questions to ask your insurance! You can find the worksheet on our "Online Resources" page under "For Parents". We cannot guarantee that reimbursement will be provided for therapy services.

  • No, in Arizona a physician referral is not required for physical therapy services. This is another way we help patient fast track therapy services.

  • Absolutely! We are unique in that we can completely personalize care using private pay services. This means you can come see us for one appointment (or a couple!) to get started on treatment while your child waits for an eval at an insurance based facility. If your child receives therapy through insurance, either in a clinic or at home, but you feel like they would benefit from more we can provide additional treatments to accelerate and maximize progress!

  • To prepare, have your child dressed in comfortable clothing. It can help to make sure your child is fed and well rested, but we understand that not every day is predictable and we have many strategies to interact with your child even when they are feeling shy, tired, hungry, or fussy! Please fill out all paperwork prior to your appointment to maximize the time we spend directly with your child.

  • The legal guardian must complete and sign the paperwork prior to the evaluation, but otherwise any caregiver may bring you child to their appointments. An adult over the age of 18 must be present the entire session. We encourage any caregiver in your child’s life is to attend appointments so they can understand how to support your child’s progress! We also welcome siblings when necessary, but please be aware they will not be able to play on our equipment unless working directly with a therapist.
